Placing an Order

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has already been shipped or that fulfillment has been completed.

Small differences may occur because of photography, screen settings, room lighting, natural material characteristics, manufacturing tolerances, fragrance-liquid appearance, wood tone, glass, ceramic, metal finishes, packaging or other reasonable variations.

Before placing an order, please review the applicable product page and confirm that the dimensions, format, specifications and available options are appropriate for your intended use.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact service@shapeonix.com so we can review the issue.

Pricing

Shapeonix aims to display accurate product pricing on the website.

Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability may change from time to time.

If an obvious pricing, listing or technical error occurs, we may correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 5–10 business days after processing.

Orders of US$34.99 or more qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping cost for an order below this threshold will be displayed during checkout.

Shapeonix uses a multi-location fulfillment model. Depending on inventory availability, product requirements and the delivery destination, an order may be fulfilled from different facilities, including third-party fulfillment partners.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, holidays, weather, destination-specific conditions and other circumstances outside our direct control may affect delivery.

Shipping Information Provided by You

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact service@shapeonix.com as soon as possible.

We may be able to update shipping information before dispatch. Changes may no longer be possible after an order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within our 180-day return window, measured from the delivery date and subject to the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.

Contact service@shapeonix.com before sending a return so that the appropriate instructions and return address can be provided.

For preference-based returns or returns that are not caused by a product issue or fulfillment error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, Shapeonix will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed.

Approved refunds are generally processed by Shapeonix within 1–3 business days and issued to the original payment method. The bank, card issuer or payment provider may then require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be changed or cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Where applicable, you may instead request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Taxes & Other Charges

Taxes or other charges required for an order will be handled as applicable and, where collected through checkout, will be displayed before the order is submitted.

Customers remain responsible for charges that may legally apply to a purchase under the laws of their jurisdiction where those charges are not collected directly by Shapeonix at checkout.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

In some circumstances, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify an order before fulfillment.
