Shipping

Shapeonix orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 5–10 business days after processing.

Based on these standard estimates, most U.S. orders are expected to arrive approximately 6–13 business days after being placed.

Shapeonix uses a multi-location fulfillment model. Depending on inventory availability, product requirements and the delivery destination, orders may be fulfilled from different fulfillment facilities, including third-party partner facilities.

Shapeonix does not represent that all orders are shipped from a single local warehouse.

Orders of US$34.99 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Once an order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, the available tracking details will be provided.

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, destination conditions, high shipping volumes or circumstances outside our direct control.

Shipping Information Provided by Customers

Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping information before submitting an order.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact service@shapeonix.com as soon as possible.

Shipping information may be changed before an order has shipped. Once shipment has occurred, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request to change or cancel an order before it has shipped.

To request a modification or cancellation, contact service@shapeonix.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Where applicable, a return may instead be requested after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within Shapeonix's 180-day return window, measured from the date of delivery and subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify for a return, a product should generally be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, together with included parts, accessories or components where applicable.

Products that have been materially altered, misused or damaged after delivery for reasons unrelated to a product issue may not qualify for return.

Customers must contact service@shapeonix.com before sending a return so the appropriate return instructions and return address can be provided.

For preference-based returns or other returns not caused by a product issue or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, Shapeonix will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shapeonix generally processes an approved refund within 1–3 business days.

After the refund has been issued, it generally takes an additional 5–10 business days to appear through the original payment method.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you believe your order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact service@shapeonix.com .

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs or other supporting information when possible.

Depending on the product, relevant photographs may include the product itself, glass or ceramic components, diffuser or warmer parts, containers, accessories, leaked or damaged packaging, or other affected areas.

We will review the information provided and determine an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution.

An approved resolution involving a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different item will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
